Frequently asked questions
Is OnlyCS free?
Yes. With the free version you can create 3 clips per month (with watermark). Tokens and the subscription are optional.
Is it safe to sign in with Steam?
You sign in on the official Steam page. We only receive your public Steam ID – never your password.
Why do you need my authentication code?
Valve provides the game authentication code so that services can read your match history. It only allows us to find your matches and download the demos. It is stored encrypted.
Which matches are supported?
Premier and matchmaking matches are imported automatically, FACEIT matches after you connect your FACEIT account. Any other match can be added by uploading the .dem file.
Can other people see my clips?
You decide for each clip: public, only with the link, or private.
What are tokens?
Tokens are used to create clips without watermark. You can buy them as a one-time package or get them every month with the subscription.
