1.Provider and contact

OnlyCS (the “Service”) is operated by:

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alphasoft OÜ. “You” refers to the person using the Service.

2.Definitions

• Account: your personal OnlyCS account, created by signing in with Steam.
• Demo: a Counter-Strike 2 match recording (.dem file) that is imported automatically or uploaded by you.
• Clip: a video created by the Service from a Demo.
• Tokens: a virtual credit within the Service that is used to create Clips without watermark.
• Package: a one-time purchase of a fixed number of Tokens.
• Subscription: a paid plan with a fixed term that credits Tokens every month and includes additional benefits.
• Consumer: a natural person who uses the Service for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

3.Scope

These Terms apply to all use of the Service, including the website, all features and all purchases. Terms of the user that differ from these Terms do not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. It is not part of these Terms but applies alongside them.

4.Eligibility and your account

1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to buy Packages or a Subscription.
3. You sign in with your Steam account via the official Steam login. We never receive your Steam password. You must have a valid Steam account and comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
4. Each person may only have one Account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
5. The information you provide (for example your username and e-mail address) must be correct. Usernames must not be offensive, misleading or infringe the rights of others, and must not impersonate other persons.
6. You are responsible for keeping access to your Steam account secure. Please inform us immediately if you believe your Account is being misused.

5.The Service

1. The Service imports your match Demos, analyses them (for example scoreboards, round logs and rank history) and creates Clips according to your selection. Depending on the source, Demos are imported automatically, after connecting a FACEIT account, or by uploading a .dem file.
2. To import Premier and matchmaking Demos automatically, you can provide the game authentication code and a match share code of your Steam account. These codes are only used to find your matches and download their Demos.
3. The Service depends on third parties, in particular Valve (Steam, Counter-Strike 2) and FACEIT. We have no influence on their services. If they change, restrict or stop providing demos, match data or interfaces, individual features may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
4. Creating Clips requires server capacity. Clips are processed in a queue in the following order: Subscription first, Packages second, free plan when capacity is available. We do not guarantee a specific processing time.
5. We aim to provide the Service without interruption but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Maintenance, technical problems and circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions.
6. We may develop and change the Service. We will not remove core features of a paid Subscription during its current term unless this is required for legal, security or technical reasons beyond our control.

6.Connected accounts

1. You can connect several Steam accounts and one FACEIT account to your Account. You may only connect accounts that belong to you.
2. Once connected, a Steam or FACEIT account cannot be disconnected by yourself. This protects the integrity of match histories, statistics and Clips. A connected account can be removed by contacting us via a support request or by deleting your entire Account.
3. A Steam or FACEIT account can only be connected to one OnlyCS Account at a time.

7.Free plan, Packages and Tokens

7.1 Free plan

Without payment you can create up to 3 Clips per calendar month. Free Clips contain a watermark and are only processed when server capacity is available. Unused free Clips do not carry over to the next month.

7.2 Packages

We currently offer the following Packages:

• Casual: 30 Tokens for EUR 4.99
• Pro: 75 Tokens for EUR 9.99

Clips created with Tokens contain no watermark and are processed with priority 2.

7.3 Tokens

1. Tokens are used to create Clips without watermark. The number of Tokens a Clip requires is shown before you create it.
2. Tokens do not expire as long as your Account exists.
3. Tokens have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to other Accounts or sold, except where you are entitled to a refund by law.
4. If a Clip cannot be created due to an error on our side, the Tokens used are credited back to your Account.
5. When your Account is deleted, any remaining Tokens are lost. Please use them before deleting your Account.

8.Subscription

1. The Subscription costs EUR 3.99 per month. You can choose a term of 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. The full price for the chosen term is paid in advance at the start of each term.
2. The Subscription credits 40 Tokens every month. For each longer term you receive 5 additional Tokens per month: 3 months = 45, 6 months = 50, 9 months = 55, 12 months = 60 Tokens per month. Subscription Tokens are subject to section 7.3 and do not expire.
3. Subscribers additionally receive processing priority 1 and Clips without watermark.
4. Automatic renewal: The Subscription renews automatically for the same term and at the then applicable price unless you cancel it before the end of the current term. The renewal price is charged at the start of the new term.
5. Cancellation: You can cancel your Subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current term, in your account settings or by e-mail to us. After cancellation, the Subscription remains active until the end of the paid term. Your right of withdrawal (section 10) and statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. We may change the price of the Subscription for future terms. We will inform you by e-mail at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal; if you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.

9.Prices and payment

1. All prices are in euros and include the applicable value added tax.
2. The contract for a purchase is concluded when you complete the order by clicking the payment button and the payment has been authorised. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Payments are processed by an external payment service provider. The available payment methods are shown during checkout. The terms and privacy policy of the payment service provider also apply to the payment.
4. Tokens are credited to your Account as soon as the payment has been confirmed.
5. If a payment is reversed or charged back without justification, we may suspend the Account and deduct the Tokens obtained with that payment until the matter has been resolved.

10.Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alphasoft OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail: info [at] alphasoft [dot] ee) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the Subscription begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For Packages and Tokens (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun to supply the digital content, i.e. as soon as the Tokens are credited to your Account, provided that you have expressly consented to this before the purchase and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent during checkout.

11.Your content and Clips

1. You keep all rights you have in content that you upload or create with the Service, such as Demos, Clips, descriptions, comments and guestbook entries (“your content”).
2. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, convert and display your content, to the extent this is necessary to provide the Service. For Clips that you set to “public”, this licence also covers showing them to other users and visitors, for example on profiles and on the start page (“most popular clips”). The licence ends when you delete the content or your Account, except for copies in backups, which are deleted in the regular backup cycle.
3. You decide for each Clip whether it is public, only accessible via link, or private. You can change this setting or delete Clips at any time.
4. Demos and Clips may show other players, their names and their gameplay. Please respect their rights when sharing Clips and do not use Clips to insult, expose or harass other players.
5. You may only upload content to which you hold the necessary rights. You are responsible for your content.
6. Counter-Strike 2 and all related game content are the property of Valve Corporation. Clips are created from game recordings and may only be used within the limits of Valve's terms for video content.

12.Rules of conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

• post content that is illegal, insulting, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic or violent, in particular in comments, guestbooks, usernames and clip descriptions;
• harass, threaten or impersonate other users or players;
• promote or distribute cheats, hacks or other tools that violate the rules of Counter-Strike 2;
• connect accounts that do not belong to you or upload Demos or Clips of other persons in order to pass them off as your own;
• create several Accounts in order to obtain additional free Clips or other benefits;
• disrupt, overload or attack the Service, circumvent technical restrictions, or access the Service automatically (for example by scraping or bots) without our permission;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or parts of it;
• upload files that contain malware or are not genuine Counter-Strike 2 Demos.

We may remove content that violates these rules or the law. Other users can report comments to us.

13.Suspension, termination and account deletion

1. You can delete your Account at any time. Deleting the Account ends all contracts with us. Paid amounts for a running Subscription term are not refunded, unless you are entitled to a refund by law. Remaining Tokens are lost (section 7.3).
2. We may temporarily suspend or permanently close an Account if you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms or the law, if this is necessary to protect other users or the Service, or if we are legally required to do so. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you the opportunity to comment.
3. If we close your Account without a violation on your part, we will refund the unused part of a prepaid Subscription term and the value of unused purchased Tokens.
4. We may terminate the free use of the Service with reasonable notice. Paid Subscriptions can be terminated by us with effect from the end of the current term, with at least 30 days' notice.

14.Liability

1. We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.
2. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, i.e. obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on which you may regularly rely. In this case our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
3. We are not liable for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services and data, in particular from Valve, Steam and FACEIT.
4. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of Demos and Clips that are important to you. We are not obliged to store Demos or Clips indefinitely.
5. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

15.Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details, including which data we receive from Steam and FACEIT and how authentication codes are protected, can be found in our Privacy Policy.

16.Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms for valid reasons, for example due to changes in the law, new features or changed services of third parties. We will inform you of changes by e-mail or on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not object within this period, the changes are deemed accepted; we will point this out to you separately in our notification. If you object, you can delete your Account; for a running Subscription, the previous Terms continue to apply until the end of the current term.

Changes to the main obligations of the contract (in particular the price and scope of paid services) require your express consent.

17.Governing law and disputes

1. These Terms and all contracts with us are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a Consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
2. If you are not a Consumer, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Tallinn, Estonia. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence or of Estonia.
3. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We will try to find a solution. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Your right to go to court remains unaffected.

18.Final provisions

1. If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
2. These Terms may be provided in several languages. In case of contradictions, the English version prevails, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
3. OnlyCS is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Valve Corporation or FACEIT. Counter-Strike, Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. FACEIT is a trademark of its respective owner.
